Google I came in and requested an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. After waiting longer than that, I was informed they could only do the acrylic fill and not the gel pedicure, even though I had been told earlier that both services would be available.
With that being said, I want to raise some concerns about how customers of different backgrounds are treated. The difference in tone, warmth, and speed of service I observed was made clear. I hope the salon improves both its integrity and consistency in how all customers are served.

Google Super friendly staff, always welcoming and offer you a hot drink and chocolate which is a nice touch. Always get good results and very good pricing. Have been coming here for months and trust them with my nails always

Google Got BIAB and it lasted a full month with no chips. Very good service and super friendly. By far the best I’ve been to in Fitzrovia / Marylebone area.

Google First time at the salon, staff were really friendly. I got done a biab infill, I choose a red from the cat eye leaflet. My nail tech advised to add black underneath so it can make the colour brighter.
Couldn’t be happier. I will be back soon.
