LOVELY CAFE & SALON - I highly recommend their strawberry matcha. They use real fruit rather than concentrate, and you can really taste the difference.

The manicure itself was incredibly attentive and detailed, and I honestly haven’t found anywhere else like this in London. I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and visiting again!!

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. The salon has a calm, cosy atmosphere and feels like a real hidden gem in London.
My manicure was done with so much care and attention to detail. The finish was beautiful, neat, and exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and personal, but they really made me feel looked after. I’d happily recommend this place to friends and will definitely be coming back.

DON’T GO!!! Absolute DISASTER .

Laurie did my nails today. Honestly wondering if it was her first day… or if she’s just having a bad week.”

My nails ended up severely over-filed. The surface is damaged, the edges are rough, and the shape isn’t even done properly (she even forgot to shape my left thumb lol). My nails are now red and extremely thin, they actually hurt and feel very sensitive, which is definitely NOT NORMAL .

I mentioned it multiple times during the appointment. While she tried to fix it, nothing really improved.

After I washed my hands and saw the final result clearly, I was honestly shocked. When I raised my concerns, I was told “if you did removal, they always look like this,” which is… interesting, because I’ve never had and been told this happen before.

Also had to wait 20 minutes, which made the whole experience even better :)

Now I have to be extra careful because my nails feel so weak.

Got a cat eye manicure and they look great - but a few things about the experience

1. Didn’t fully do cuticle care. She kind of rubbed an electric file on it, but it was minimal.
2. No hand rub with the manicure just squeezed some moisturizer on it for me to rub in myself
3. There is a gap with the builder gel and cuticle, so the manicure looks a week old the day you get it

For 70£ I expect more with #1 and #2. #3 I should have noticed in store.

Overall I’ll go back cause not so many places do cat eye and the polish is nice, but worth noting for people who book.
