This is an expansion on my Treatwell Review: I am disheartened to give this less than stellar review but based on my expectations, my session at LM was not up to par. That said, I think if you have different priorities than I, you will be happy. For context, I haven’t prioritized my nails/toenails for some time so this was meant to be a real treat for me. However, it was not a luxurious experience. Technically, clinically the mani/pedi was fine and Karyna was pleasant but for £110 (for regular polish/no nail art), I expected more personal touches. The room is in a basement of a salon (which is not my favorite but that is a personal preference), I was not called back by name or offered a water/beverage, the foot bath did not have any extra spa elements such as massage so it just felt like my feet were sitting in warm-ish bath water which I was ok with because I knew the pedicure had a “massage” element listed but unfortunately that lasted only 1 minute (max) per foot, there was no light music or entertainment element so it made for a long two hours in a closed-door room just the two of us, and I was also asked to pay more than my Treatwell deposit at the end of the session because I pre-paid £10 for nail art that I ended up not getting and instead opted for a regular (non-gel) OPI polish which was confusing.

Again, I think if you’re looking for a clean, no frills experience you will be pleased. I was just hoping for more.

I was traveling in London and needed a professional nail technician after my nail had suffered some damage. Liubov was fantastic! She carefully assessed my nails, maintained the length, enhanced the shape, and answered all my questions. As someone who does my nails frequently, I really appreciated her expertise and care.

I waited a month to write this review, and my nails still look fresh and are in excellent condition, even after removing the polish. Unlike many salons that focus solely on aesthetics, Liubov truly cares about the health and long-term condition of your nails.

Highly recommend her for professional, high-quality nail care!
