recently got my nails set done from this lady called Claire and I had a really really bad experience on my cuticles were bleeding and I just they were just I was just in a lot of pain. It was the worst experience of my life even like after a week, my nails used to burn a lot. It’s just been two weeks since I got my nails done at three of them have already chipped off

I went to Wummanspa to get a broken nail fixed and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. Jeveana was really lovely and took the time to get the shape exactly right and blended everything perfectly so my nails looked natural and even again. You can tell she’s very good at what she does, and I left really happy with the final result.

Clean studio, good staff but I was unfortunately cut three times during my appointment, despite asking the technicians at the start to be gentle and not go deep as I’m prone to bruising. I understand minor accidents happen but it felt avoidable given the warning. My cuticles were cut deep, alongside the side of my feet. I bled to the point of requiring a plaster / band aid.

Staff were apologetic but I feel the situation could have been handled better with a gesture. I asked for a discount which got declined. Least that could be offered after bruising me all over.

Staff are friendly, the nails look good but ultimately, avoiding injury is a top priority when I choose technicians. When that expectation was compromised at Wumman, I hoped for a more customer-focused response.
