I visited the salon the day before, but unfortunately the stylist didn’t get my eyebrows right, which was really disappointing, especially as I had spent almost three months growing them out. I left my appointment in tears!

I had to ask to have my eyebrows mapped, this is supposed to be part of the service and I shouldn’t have had to request this.

After taking off hair from underneath my brow I told the technician that the tail was too long making my face look droopy. I was told that it wasn’t droopy and I needed to let her do the top of the brow before drawing conclusions.

As she shaped the top of the brow I could tell she was taking hair from the wrong place. The brow mapping was completely ignored and the result was awful, someone else had to step in and try to rectify it.

I’m not good at makeup so I rely heavily on my brows being shaped well but they’re currently a mess. I have a holiday next week (a big girls trip) and this has absolutely ruined my mood, I’m no longer looking forward to this trip because I’m so conscious about my eyebrows. I left my appointment in tears.
