I booked with Anisa, a junior hairdresser, and unfortunately she completely ruined my hair. I have never experienced anything like this before. She cut a section at the front so short, about 1 inch, that I cannot even tie it back anymore.

They did not charge me for the appointment, but considering the damage, the minimum would have been to offer some form of compensation. It is very disappointing and honestly shocking for a salon with such a reputation to allow this kind of mistake to happen.

Had a balayage with Lillie today. She did such a beautiful job, and took so much care and attention. She transformed my hair, brightening it up and giving it a lovely natural and delicate movement and depth. I wasn’t too set on what I wanted and only gave a very general description, but Lillie was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I wanted, landing on something so lovely and perfect for spring! Thank you!

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, and up until recently, the service has usually been great. I’ve been understanding when appointments were delayed due to staff shortages, and even when my stylist was attending to another client at the same time during my visit last month.

However, my most recent experience was disappointing. I arrived late on one occasion, and the salon manager showed no flexibility or understanding, despite my past patience with their scheduling issues. The lack of customer service in that moment really stood out.

Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
