Google Used infected equipment and refused to reimburse me for injury caused- pursuing legal action against them!

All tools in our salon are sterilised in a professional autoclave, and we keep full sterilisation records in line with UK Environmental Health standards.
We take any concerns seriously. However, there is no evidence that any injury was caused by our salon. The photos provided show a chipped nail, which does not indicate infection or injury.
As this matter is now being referred to legal action, we will respond formally through the appropriate channels.

Google Kim is the best, hands down. I don't often get a chance to get my nails done, but when I do, I always go to Kim at Marylebone Nail Spa. She is always attentive, detailed and professional, and my nails never fail to last. When I'm going on a trip, Kim is my go-to for BIAB. Her builder gel is solid, and I never have to worry about my nails chipping, breaking or otherwise looking sloppy when I'm on holiday. As always, thank you so much Kim! Check them out, Marylebone Nail Spa does a fantastic job.

Google I paid £75.90 with tip, the tech didn’t do a proper manicure with cuticle cutting so they looked grown out within a week. Money making trick I’m guessing - oh and one completely came off… got them done last Monday! Guys go to Zen Haus they’re the best!

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our service after 12 days since having your nails done with us. We offer a 7-day guarantee for any fixes free of charge. A full manicure is chargeable on request, but last time we did tidy up your cuticles for free.
Our price list always shows both Shellac manicure and Shellac colour only, as the full manicure is slightly more expensive.
