Really happy with this salon, they gave me an appointment and squeezed me in to their bus day which I really appreciate as I called on the very same day! The hair stylist was brilliant and picked a great colour to dye my hair. The rest of the team are so lovely and friendly. My hair is so beautifully blow dried and soft!

First visit today and I’m already wondering why I didn’t come here sooner!!

I have very thick curly hair which tends to make some hairdressers panic a bit… but not here! They immediately knew how my curls would sit, what cut would work, how to reduce frizz, and even used a diffuser when drying it (which I’ve genuinely never had a hairdresser do before). It was so nice being somewhere that actually understands curly hair.

I also had a hair mask treatment and it was so relaxing — she brushed it through the whole time and did a little head massage which was lovely.

Everyone was really friendly and I love my hair cut! I’ll definitely be back.

Also slight apology to the team if you see this: my brain fog clearly won today and I realised when I got home that I completely forgot to leave a tip! I’m off on holiday tomorrow but I promise I’ll bring extra next time because the service was really brilliant.

The staff are really nice and it's an nice salon, but unfortunately the current staff are not able to cater to afro hairstyles, although it's publicised on the website (for a higher fee)...

I went for the first time to get my hair blow dried and straightened, and it is appalling, as you can see from the pictures. When I booked, the receptionist told me that the stylist who does afro hair isn't in this week, but shortly told me after that i'd be able to get an appointment the following day. I presume the stylist who did my hair has no experience doing afro hair, so I'm very annoyed I still got made to pay £85 pounds for essentially an average blow dry. I'll have to pay to get my hair done somewhere else, so I'd appreciate if someone reached out so I can get a refund.

The photos attached are from when I got home after the "straightening". They used a really small pair of tongs on a really low heat, so I already knew this wasn't going to go well.

The place is nice, but I couldn't recommend it to any other black person!
