I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.

As someone with curly hair, it’s always hard to find a stylist who truly understands how to work with curls, but this was one of the best cuts I’ve had. Thank you to Sandra, for taking the time to share helpful tips on caring for my curls and really listened to what I wanted.

I left with my hair looking absolutely beautiful and amazing. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend—especially to anyone with curly hair!

After years without a haircut (and only trusting my hairdresser in Brazil), I finally found my hair salon in London. I got the SOS treatment and a haircut, and I'm extremely happy with the result. Sandra did such an excellent job and took really good care of my hair. Also, the girls are super pleasant and caring; I felt right at home. I strongly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.

I didn’t mind paying the £50 deposit to book my hair bleaching appointment, but there was no clear explanation of the final price before I was asked to pay, which I found unprofessional.
The final price they charged me was 250£ without returning my first deposit I payed to book.

I also clearly told my stylist NOT to add a hair mask, as I recognised it was a L’Oréal Professional mask, yet I was still charged almost double its normal price. That was disappointing and unprofessional again.

While the bleach colour itself was nice, the application was uneven, which doesn’t meet the standard I’d expect from a professional salon in London.

Best waxing place , very quick and efficient not as painful as I thought. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely come again. Vanda is the best, ask for her when getting wax, very sweet makes you comfortable and does best and quickest wax!! Highly recommend.

For years I wanted to do something daring with my hair and no hairdresser wanted to take the risk, until I went to Divine Brazilian and met Guilherme. He cut my hair and I told him of my plan and he was up for it! And the result couldn't have been more perfect. They treated me and my hair with so much care and love, and I never thought my dream would come true, but it did, thanks to him!! Thank you so much!!

I was looking for a Brazilian hairstylist. And came all the way from Heathrow from where I live.
The guy at this place was good at cutting hair and blow dry. Great!
But he didn’t wash my hair properly the water was cold. Very quick water over head.
He did not show the back of the hair. By completing the professional way of the client satisfaction. I had to ask for the hairspray to be applied on my hair.

I did feed back to Valerina the receptionist.
