Popped in here for a removal as my usual was busy. Person hurt me when taking off my nail, and nail drill was used too high despite showing visible discomfort. Can see some residue gel leftover. Asked one person if it was 5 and he confirmed 5 then the other said 10. Didn't dispute as I was uncomfortable from the experience and just wanted out. Wouldn't return.

Went in today for the first time to get my acrylic nails taken off and the guy that attended to me did a really good work. He was also delicate as I have told him that some nails were sore. I really appreciated the service.

My daughter and friends went to get acrylic nails done for the holidays. They looked great. All paid between £32 -£38 for them. Unfortunately after 6 days they started to fall off! I have never had a set of acrylics done that fall off! By day 10 only 3 nails left!. A good set should stay on needing infills after 2-3 weeks not fall off after 1 week!!! We went back to see if they would give a voucher towards a new set to be done but they became rude saying nothing can be done! Don't waste your money!. You can buy stick on nails that last longer and save you money!

IG nails for 2010 prices! The picture below is a full set 7 days after my appointment, the pictures don't do this set justice!

I still can't believe I paid £25 for this set, the guy who did my nails was quick but also showed such pride in his work, you can tell stiletto is his passion and specialty. The shaping of the nail is thin enough to look natural but as a frequent swimmer I haven't experienced any lift or breakage.

Things to note is you can only pay via cash or bank transfer. Also I did ask for a matte finish ( which I think was ignored on purpose 🤭), but honestly 10/10 for the end results!

£45 for nails that come off in not even a week, the nail polish is all cracked and looks tacky, I’m type 1 diabetic and told them to stop filing my nail down 5 times and they still done it.
