1. The hygiene procedures were excellent, new tools used for each customer
2. The salon is lovely and aesthetic. I liked how they pay attention to customer’s needs
3. Liv was Lovely and I was quite satisfied with the result, She offered multiple times to change the polish if I wasn’t happy with it etc.
4. Overall good value for money but might not be worth it for a normal biab

Paid for time also states finish time which is very confusing. Now stuck without a nail appointment and going on holiday

As a business owner myself I’m aware of cancellation and no shows but perhaps had someone come out to me whilst I was sat waiting ten minutes too the confusion might have been clarified .
I expect to forfeit my fee my mistake but please ensure that you remove the finish time as that is where the confusion lies

If you aren’t booking with Liv, you’re doing it wrong. I just left my appointment and I’m genuinely obsessed. Liv is the perfect mix of professional and down-to-earth. Usually, salon small talk feels like a workout, but she is so funny, friendly, and chatty that the time flew by. It felt like hanging out with a mate who just happens to be a total genius with a nail brush.
She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from start to finish, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. As for the nails? My BIAB gel is literal perfection. Smooth, strong, and flawless—she’s got the technique down to a science. 10/10 Already planning my next set, Highly recommend asking for Liv if you want your nails done right.

I've been coming to Townhouse Leeds Victoria for a little while now, and have been so impressed! I started out with weak, damaged nails that I couldn't grow with breaking, and after a few appointments with Maddie and some of her expert BIAB, my nails are healthier and longer than they have ever been. Maddie is very skilled, and I don't think I've ever come out with my nails looking anything other than excellent. (Couple of examples attached)

Cleanliness is top tier and I've also found the products to be great quality too.
All of the staff at Townhouse Leeds are unfailingly polite and always happy to help with whatever designs/colours you fancy - although I've predominantly had BIAB, I have also had a couple of pedicures here in the past that I've also been really impressed with, and 100% will book again.

Huge thanks to Maddie and the rest of the Townhouse Leeds Victoria team for your thorough service and professionalism - I'll definitely keep coming back here 😊

I had a very bad experience in this salon.Yesterday I had a gel pedicure appointment at this salon and due to traffic I was running late,I tried calling in the number which was available on the website several times to inform them that I will be 15-20 minutes late but unfortunately,the call was unsuccessful.Then I reached at the salon around 2:20 pm(but my appointment was at 2 pm).I know I was late and that’s my fault.The weird thing is there was one lady who asked me that if I was coming for pedicure and I told her yes and she told that I was late so she’ll only have a time to do gel polish.Then I asked her to check if any availability time for the same day because I wanted to do full pedicure treatment with gel polish and also explained her I’m ready to wait if I need to wait.Then later on,it wasn’t even 2 minutes when she checked availability and then she said there’s no availability for that day.Then I told her that if there’s no availability today then I’ll do the gel polish only.Then you know what her response was..she was like, “Now it’s already very late we can’t even do the gel polish”🤣😂But two minutes ago,she was saying to me she’ll be able to do gel polish.Also she seems to be very rude and was showing attitude lol.I understand that I was late but she could’ve said the same thing politely with some smile but she was looking very upset for no reason.Yesterday was my first visit in the salon and definitely it’s last as well because I don’t like going to the place where customers don’t feel welcomed and where customers aren’t valued.I don’t know anything about the service since I haven’t taken any service here but I had a worst customer service.That’s all.

Hi townhouse I just had the treatment at your Leeds Victoria branch. I must say I am really not happy with the appointment. I was supposed to pay £56 but they have taken payment twice. Now I arrived before time, no niceties, rude service provided by your employees. One employee I don’t know her name she was clearly unhappy to do her job. She started trimming nails without soaking. I thought fine each one has different approaches, but then she doesn’t want to remove the debris from around and beneath the nails. Apparently they don’t do it! I have had appointments at this place in the past and no one has been rude or incompetent. Do you all realise you guys charge 2.5 time more than other places? I come expecting a decent or equivalent to what other regular nail salons provide, however your employees skill sets are below competency. Furthermore their attitude towards customers are extremely poor. I would like to raise a formal complaint for 1. Not doing their job, I had to request and clean it myself 2. They made me wait in the line warm water for more than 15 mins till another colleague came and took over and her attitude equally bad as one before and her name was ‘Maddy’ 3. They don’t instruct how long to wait before putting on shoes or boots, neither they have a fast drying machine to dry the polish. So in cold weather I had to come out and wait for it to touch dry. The products are old, so they don’t dry. Overall appalling service from your company. Have some integrity to deliver service when you charge exorbitantly. I have raised a complaint via your WhatsApp services, I hope someone responds
