I loved coming to this salon for my nails and have been coming for years but won't be coming back again after this week. I had my Christmas nails appointment booked since October unfortunately the day came and my daughter has a cold and couldn't go to school. I rang the salon to say is it okay for her to come with me (usually not an issue) but on this day it was. I was told "many vulnerable clients" were in at the same time as me so my daughter couldn't come. I have nobody to watch her so therefore I couldn't come to my appointment so they cancelled my appointment and told me it was full payment. I understand their 24 hour cancellation policy, however, they cancelled the appointment, made it impossible for me to attend, not me. Really poor treatment for a client who's been coming for years and was in a predicament. They made me pay in full over the phone and asked if I'd like to book another appointment- no thank you!
Really disappointed and upset with the way in which I have been treated I sure as hell won't be coming back here.
I loved having my nails done with Olivia she's a wonderful girl and I love chatting to her. She's excellent at her job. Just a shame about the manager and her lack of compassion and customer service skills.

Took my mum for gel polish soak off and manicure on Saturday and we were delighted with her nails and the lovely people we met. Ellie was so friendly and professional and very kind. Thank you very much, we'll be back again soon

This is my second time in coming to chill and I absolutely love it! The staff are amazing at what they do and are super friendly. You will feel super comfortable around them with no judgment at all, I always leave feeling refreshed and happy!

I contacted via email for a voucher a a gift. I had left it late and they were closed. I had a response within 30 mins , paid for the voucher online and the salon owner hand delivered it !!!!
It is impossible to get better service than that anywhere!
I always used chill before I moved out of the area. It’s a fabulous salon .

Had Gel fingernails and eyebrow tint the staff are so professional. Not been for a while the staff are still so lovely make you feel at ease my nails are gorgeous and pleased with my brows. I will definitely go back . Thankyou very much
