Unless you are prepared to be a "regular" client I would avoid lydia. I booked well with 5 months notice for my appointment to make sure I get in as I had heard good things and it was a special occasion for my sisters wedding. She sent a text 1 month before the appointment telling me she is reserving my appointment for one of her regulars. She did not reconsider this when I asked and has left me with 1 months notice to find a new place to get my nails done for a special day. I would not trust her for a special occasional unless you're willing to give her part of your monthly income.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience.

When reviewing my diary, I contacted you with as much notice as possible to explain that my evening appointments are reserved for a small number of long-standing clients. I appreciate that you had booked in advance and understand how important your appointment was ahead of your sister’s wedding.

I offered alternative daytime appointments in the lead-up to your booking, and also offered to recommend other trusted nail technicians who may have had suitable evening availability.

My client diary has been full for many months, and I do my best to manage appointments fairly while maintaining a consistent service for all clients. I’m sorry that on this occasion the available options didn’t work for you.

I wish you all the best and hope you were able to find a suitable alternative for your special day.

Lydia is the best nail tech I’ve found who actually cares about your nails health as well as being the best artist. Always keeps on top of trend designs and colours. I Always come out with my nails looking amazing. I get so many comments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ♥️
