Google My daughter was lucky enough to win a voucher at school for the salon. From the moment I contacted them they were so helpful, Sue was friendly and responsive. I decided to get my nails done and I’m glad I did, Livia was great, friendly and we had a great chat, she was so lovely and my nails look amazing. 🤩
My daughter had her toes done and the young girl who did those (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was also friendly and put my daughter at ease.
What a great find in Rothwell. Had my daughter not won the voucher we wouldn’t have know about you x

Google Kaitlyn was amazing, apparently she is still training but she painted my toes with great attention to detail, very professional job like she had been doing it for years! not only with her skill but her professional mannerism and kind caring attitude from start to finish. Google Initially I booked an appointment to have my eyebrows threaded, however the beauty therapist who was supposed to do the brows was running late. I was offered the options to have my eyebrows waxed and keep my original appointment time, or have my appointment rescheduled. Since I was already on my way to the salon, I decided to go ahead with waxing. Whilst I understand that things happen and appreciate the flexibility and different options offered, the procedure felt rushed, and I ended up with a burnt/bruised skin under my brow. I had my brows threaded/waxed for years and while I do understand it can lead to some irritation and discomfort after a result like this I would not recommend the service.

I have to say, I am extremely upset to hear that you are disappointed in the service you have received and I can only apologise and assure you that I will absolutely look into this matter.
You will note from our previously unblemished 5* record that this is an extremely unusual occurrence, but I am glad that you have brought this to my attention.
I do know that the lady who was supposed to be doing your Threading had been for a GP appointment, that they were running very late and that caused her to be late getting back to work. Rather than keeping you waiting, you were offered the choice of coming a little later for Threading or having the wax with an alternative Therapist.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies and assurances that I will look into this and as soon as I have done so, I will be in touch with you directly.

Google I visited Cristal beauty for the first time last week but the service has been amazing from my first enquiry. Sue responded on Instagram and was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and getting my booked in as soon as possible. I then had my appointment with Charli, who did an amazing job of my eyebrow wax and tint. Charli was so welcoming and friendly, she made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be back soon😊 thank you x

Google A fantastic and very professional team of staff, I always feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend and I think I’d be lost without them. As a straight man it can feel awkward going to beauty salons but I’ve always felt comfortable and relaxed.
