Went for a spa pamper afternoon here with my daughter absolutely loved it treatments were exactly what we needed a big shout out to Emily that did mine and I think it was Gemma that did my daughters so relaxing afternoon tea was amazing aswell definitely doing it again and truly recommend mulberry house 😃

Went for my eyebrows tinting and they did a great job very reasonable price and a lovely salon where they do loads of things, 💇🏼‍♀️ hair, nails 💅🏼 💆🏼‍♀️ massage etc, will definitely be going back!

This is a brilliant salon and ALL the staff are good at what they do and very friendly. I have many treatments here, nails, pedicures, hair and massages. They’ll help you get it right. I became a customer here years ago not long after it first opened and I am a ‘true’ loyal customer and there’s a reason for that, they are great. I’ve never had a reason to complain. 👏👏

Used them many times and good service previously but …
Just tried to book in for a pedicure and shellac on my toes ,and was also going to ask for a massage, and got told rudely and abruptly that because I had had to use mint nails the time before because Mulberry could not fit me in they would not soak off my shellac … I was welcome to go elsewhere and get it soaked off and then come back to them … as if !
Never heard of this from any other salon .. will go elsewhere and they can have have my massage custom as well .. Extremely rude and abrupt after being a loyal customer for the last year or so . Shocked and very disappointed . They do not deserve any more customers with that attitude and As a small local business they should care re word of mouth !
