When I tell you from the minute I walked into the salon I felt right at home I absolutely mean it. Firstly just wow! The salon is so stunning and the staff are just so lovely. When I got to the salon my hair had been grown out and my extensions needed maintaining. Lucie absolutely nailed my hair and got the colour bang on the money. She’s such a lovely bubbly character and we had some great laughs the work you see from Lucie is so precise , beautiful and so professional! Next Leah did my extensions cut and style and what a wonderful person she is. She asked all the questions, made me feel comfortable and she too got my hair spot on!! I’ve walked away beaming and had so many compliments!! To say this was my first time at the salon and I’m this blown away speaks volumes and I will 1000% be back and recommending to my friends and family! Thank you again girls and I cannot wait to see you all again!🤍🤍

I’ve been seeing Ellie for my eyelashes for about a year now, and she does an amazing job and never lets me down by cancelling last minute or running late due to previous clients.

As a client I really appreciate her late and no-show policy, because it’s exactly why my own appointments are always on time and reliable… I have a busy schedule and finding time to get beauty treatments done can be a challenge, and it’s a pet hate of mine when any appointments are late due to a preceding clients’ inability to manage their own time. I’m so thankful this never happens with the lovely Ellie!

Also she is always great at communicating, friendly, and does an amazing job with my lashes — I always leave feeling great. The room is always nicely set up and comfortable, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

I go to Ellie for my Lash extensions, she is an amazing lash tech.

Nothing is ever too much, she always fits me in for my last minute appointments and my lashes always look amazing! She is very accommodating and lovely❤️

Ellie is beyond professional and so sweet! She is always happy to help with booking appointments and the retention of her lashes are unmatched!

I have been having laser sessions with Ellie over the last 6 months (prepaid in full as a birthday gift). I had to rearrange one session due to being stuck in traffic. My last session (end of February) my toddler was unwell and I needed to rearrange.

No reply to 3 of my texts during the week, after chasing I finally received a text a week later saying it was my last session.

I asked for the appointment to be rearranged and was told this was not possible due to company policy (any change in 24 hours must be paid in full). Ellie was accommodating and rearranged before in the same time frame, but now it’s sorry company policy?!

I feel fobbed off, let down and owed a session.

Come for an appointment yesterday for my daughters hair cutting as we struggle on a daily basis to manage her very thick curly hair, I walked out of the very lovely clean salon so happy with the results from Liam he did amazing, very patient and great communication, I will be recommending the salon and Liam to family and friends. My friend was treated appalling , being in a wheelchair made her feel so much more uncomfortable , made a complete mess of her hair , refused to give her a refund !! She doesn’t want to return & be treated unkindly again !!

I get my hair done by Ella and honestly she is a magician - I come in for a weekly Blowdry and have done for the last year and my hair growth since has been insane! Not only that, Ella has been by my side through all the hair colours, Blonde, Bright Blonde, Bronde, Copper and finally Brunette🥲 She really is a saint and always kept my hair healthy! HOC genuinely is the loveliest salon and would recommend x

I always have a great experience at House of Kennedy. Jade has been my hairdresser for over 8 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always takes the time to understand exactly what I want and delivering beautiful results every single visit.
