Clarify your price before they start doing your nails here. I always have a similar set of acrylics and am sometimes told it's dearer than what it should be. This happened again yesterday.
My acrylics are £35 and a soak off is £5 = £40.
Staff moved me to another member of staff after my initial soak off, and after price had been clarified. The new member of staff asked if I was having them long, when I said yes, he said £45. I told him it's 40, I always come here and the ones I chose specifically say 35, plus my soak off.
The actual nail design on the board I chose from was much longer than what I have and specifically says 35.
I disagreed and told them that I was paying 40 and that was also the price agreed with the precious member of staff!
I must say, although I have been coming here for a while, it does make me re-consider returning.
Another customer who only wanted in-fills (£38) was given a full new set and told £53 whilst I was there. She was arguing with them about her price as I left.
Its just very unprofessional

Bad experience. The nail tech was extremely rough and cut almost every finger on my hand. My hands have been sore for days and I’ve been worried about them getting infected. You go to a salon to leave with nice- nails, not red, sore, and scabby fingers!.
He also didn’t ask what shape or length I wanted, and communication was very difficult as he didn’t speak English. The price I was charged didn’t match either the price board or the menu option I selected, which felt misleading. Cash only seems dodgy too!
Definitely won’t be going back. I’m surprised they’re still open after all these awful reviews

Staff are rude, & don’t care they are providing a paid for service. Unprofessional in every way. Most don’t speak English how can you deal with a clients needs when you can’t even communicate. The work they turn out here is a total joke & disgrace to the nail industry

I got my lashes done today n my it was my second visit for lashes and hav wonderful experience wid that lady again who did my lashes before as well just came back coz of her n those lashes stayed more than two weeks much better than extensions she did amazing job and lashes was done perfectly and exactly looks same I asked for thank you so much ❤️ defo recommend 💕
