I have been going to this nail place for many years but the last month has been awful, I went 4 weeks ago and the nail file burnt under my nail and she cut my finger with it and made it bleed she did say sorry so that was ok. I then had my nails done yesterday and one of the nails is thinly done so can see underneath and another one had a blackish line down the top so I popped back today and asked if it could be touched up and she was very rude and said its nothing I have done and I said I never said it was I would just like it sorted out so it looked nice. She was very rude and said I'm with a client and I said I understand that shall I pop back and she said 5mins so I sat there then i finally said shall I come back tomorrow and she just said YES... me and her client looked at each other if to say how rude so I will be never going back as the lady didn't understand me and was very rude when there was no need to be I just wanted it sorted out The lady that I used in the past was amazing and it's sad she has left I did wonder why it was so quiet in there now..now I know...AVOID

We walked into this nail salon hoping for a nice treat for my mum, but it was such a letdown. There was only one woman working there.

My mum got a plain gel polish and a pedicure, and they charged her £70, which felt way too much for the rushed service she got. The pedicure was supposed to take 40 minutes but lasted only about 20-25, and the lady even forgot to scrub one of my mum’s feet.

The place didn’t feel very clean or welcoming. I was there with my little sister, who was getting a bit bored and just wanted to sit next to our mum, and the staff told her off, which made things awkward.

The woman doing my mum’s nails was on the phone during the service and wasn’t really talking to my mum or making her feel comfortable. At one point, my mum asked if they had a toilet, but the staff didn’t even respond maybe because she had AirPods in.

Overall, we left feeling really disappointed. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Came in for a Pedi (No spa just paint). Got sat down at a dirty foot sink, a damp towel over for my feet to sit on, and the basin full of dirty, old, cold, full of hair water. The man serving was abit rough which I would usually let slide but it was clear he did not care about any levels of service. Disgusting.

Was very rude 😑 as I had gone in with my friend and our infant children in pushchairs and basically had said my son daughter and friends little one were annoying even tho both under 1s was asleep and my son with additional needs was in his chair chilling and said we had to find a babysitter which is hard as single mum's will not be going there again and will be reporting to trading standards as he discriminated by additional needs son

I went in here before Christmas to get my nails done and I asked for gel or something that wouldn’t damage my nails. Before I knew it the tops of my nails were being filed with an electric file. When I had the nail colour removed 2 weeks later I was charged £10 when I was told it would be £5. My nails have been wrecked! It’s 2 months later and they are still soft and splitting. I can’t grow them and I can see a line where the healthy nail starts - about half way - so I’ve got at least another couple of months before they grow out!! Won’t be going back.

AVOID! This place is a nightmare! Filthy, dirty and unhygienic. They reuse the acetone that you’ve soaked your nails in. It’s gross! I had a £5 discount voucher which they refused to accept! They try to extort you by changing the prices during your manicure. Poor quality. Staff are VERY rude and aggressive if you complain.

i went to here to get some acrylics done with my younger sister as a little treat for her, went in told them we just wanted acrylics which they understood, my sisters got hers done first and the lady next her was complaining about her nails and how they weren’t what she had showed him. i then got my nails done by the same man she got hers done by and he did a good job with my nails however he made my cuticules bleed and was very rough with my hands and fingers at times, when i went to pay i was expecting it to be £50 as i was paying for 2 sets of acrylics which are advertised as £25 for a set however i was charged £80 for both sets which is way more than it should’ve been and i’m still trying to figure out how they got to that figure as they are just plain acrylics with nothing but colour no designs or anything. please with my nails just not with the price i had to pay :( won’t be going here again.

Quick but very poor quality, careless. Terrible service, nails look awful-when I look at them —I cry . Thick, crooked, messy etc.
it’s a shame I can’t upload pictures to show you the extent of the damage.
The place was filthy.
