It’s a lovley shop with nice facilities but the lady who done my nails was so concentrated on a girl who was working there she took over a hour just to do Infils!!
She also cut my skin around my nail while using the drill with hurt like heck.
This happened because she was rushing to do it and she told me to relax my hands multiple times but after her cutting my finger I was very weary about this place, do not recommend here for younger girls if they’ve got small nails.

I’m a guy with beaten up feet and the pedicure I had was superb. Such attention to detail and willingness to please. Definitely 5 ⭐

Passed this place many times as it really doenst look like much, so gald I walked in today. My manicure was done to prefection today and with loads of cary, by young landy called Jasmine. Thank you I will certainly be back. The only tinny unpleasant thing there is that the place does really need a seriously good dusting as it must offput quite few customers from comming back, but that is minor detail considering the service and the quality of work that this lady done today.

Took my granddaughters in today as a treat. One for just an infill other for full set of acrylics in bright pink. All I can say is appalling service. Instead of in infills and matching clear colour they went over the whole nail and did pink with white tips!!!
Other got them filed square and baby pink colour not bright pink. Three women working and 4 appointments for 2pm. Kept swapping around and very rude to granddaughters who came out very upset. Quoted £50 for the two and tried to charge £70. Would suggest if you need your nails done avoid this place. Service is worse than the entrance and shop front. Would give minus starts if possible. AVOID AT ALL COST??

I don’t not recommend this nail bar, I left fuming with the service of my nails today. I found the staff very rude and disrespectful. I was asked what I wanted and they did complete opposite, same with my cousin she asked for French tip with a pink line just before the white tip and left with pink nails. We both are very disappointed and upset. I left with my hands hurting and bleeding from this appointment, my hands were slammed down multiple times and the staff kept walking away and swapping which Is very unprofessional. They then tried to charge me and my cousin £70 after previously telling us we would both come to £50. They call themselves 5 star nails personally I think this is far from the truth and if I could I would not rate them even a 1.

Been here many times. I asked for my gel to be removed and replaced french manicure as usual. Said 20 mins. Went back was sat confirmed gel taken off and replaced I naturally have long healthy nails. The lady literally cut my nails very short sfter she started cutting it was too late and put acrylics on with out asking. I'm shy I usually take my mum ann I didnt want feet toe nail fingers. I now have naturally short nails with acrylics paid the extra as i dont do awkward. My thumb nail has been filed so short its painful. Will never go again. My acrylics are nearly as long as my natural nails which with my job I'm not allowed. Very disappointing and painful
