I don’t often write reviews but I felt like this was necessary to either warn others from going there or hoping the salon will see this and try to change!
As I walked in for my appointment I was greeted by a ‘grumpy’ man who pointed at the chair to sit down.( i had acrylic on and wanted them removed and a new set ) . He took my nails and started immediately scraping off my acrylic he was so rough it was really hurting me and burning. He was clearly in a rush no care taken and scraping so fast ….he carried on …..then he broke my nail in the middle which was bleeding! I’ve never experienced anything like it in a nail salon . I walked out in pain to never return again!

Been here twice - pre booked both times. First time, got seen to straight away for acrylic removal. In and out very quickly. Second time - waited 50 minutes before service started (acrylic removal again). No apology and long queue of other women clearly waiting a long time. Reviews seem to complain about the same. Not sure I'll be returning for a third visit.

We were kept waiting for 45 minutes and then someone came in front of us who had booked at appointment. We weren’t told anything and there’s was no communication from the team who do speak good English. We left and went to another salon and got served straight away

I’ve been here a few times but only if I’ve needed a last minute appointment and can’t book anywhere else. Every time I book I’m left waiting at least 30 minutes after my appointment slot, they waste your time and no apology once they eventually get around to you. The quality of the nails is okay but not worth how much time is wasted.

Amazing!! The salon was busy when I arrived but I still got a walk-in appointment straight away. The service was really professional and there were so many gel colours to choose from. It was a very efficient job and well done! The prices are very reasonable - you get great quality for a good price.

AMAZING salon, no exaggeration! Superb amount of hard work put into every single detail of quality work, the best in Chichester by far. Wonderful staff, these low stars are despicable, busy shop but totally worthwhile. Since they are professional nail technicians ,they gave me advice on how to keep my nails healthy, which if people follow then they’ll definitely see a difference so no moaning on this page please. All the effort put into my finger to toes is satisfying, even massages!
I give this a 5 stars because it’s one of my favourite places to go to, to have a relaxing experience with the respectable, friendly worker. Plus the price to pay is a reasonable number in this period of time. Love you John, Vanessa and workers seeing you soon! Xx

Grumpy and unfriendly staff who keep you waiting ages past your appointment time with no explanation. I don't think I've ever been seen less than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and recently it was over half an hour. They never apologise or give you any compensation either so it's just rude. It's as if they are doing you a favour by eventually getting round you. It seems to be arbitrary if you book an appointment as to whether you actually get seen at that time... they are obviously not at all accurate in estimating how long each appointment will take when they book people in. There is zero communication if they are running late. Finally, do note they also let people in without an appointment and attend to them first if they happen to be in the salon before you, regardless of your scheduled booking slot - so you are left waiting. Don't bother.

Rude nail techs very unfriendly and grumpy, colour of my nails turned out NOTHING like my reference photo i showed the nail tech. Some nails also came out wonky and the wrong shape. They also charged me 5 pounds extra than what they told me on the phone. Very overpriced i would NOT recommend
