I’m really sorry you weren’t happy with the final French finish. With French pedicures, when the natural toenails are very short or uneven, it can be difficult to create an even tip on every toe. In this case, we should have advised you that a solid colour may have given a neater result until the nails grow out a little more.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you feel this way, but we do want to clarify what happened for transparency.

At your last appointment, our technician followed your request to avoid using the electric file, even though this makes certain parts of the service more difficult. During that visit, you were very abrupt and dismissive towards our technician, and questioning our professional process. Even so, she still completed the treatment politely and respectfully.

For your booking today, you requested a gel polish removal. We use an electric file as part of the standard process to remove the 80% of gel colour then we soak it off. Because you previously insisted that the electric file not be used, our staff were simply call to check whether you were comfortable with the removal method before confirming the booking. At no point we were refusing service without explanation.

We always respect genuine requests and do our best to accommodate clients. We also expect our staff to be treated with respect. In this case, the behaviour towards our technician and the conflicting instructions made it difficult to provide the service.

We wish you all the best in finding a salon that better suits your preferences.
