Google First time in any nail salon , reviews looked great so wanted to give it a go .. I AM NOW HOOKED ! Just look at these beauties! I did book online but the guys in there are so accommodating with walk in’s but can tell it gets busy so do book! I felt really comfortable and the guy I had was really great , made me laugh and made sure I got what I came in for . The free hand detail is incredible. Brilliant service and quick ! Highly recommend and I will be back !

Google I had such a wonderful experience at this nail shop! The quality of the work is truly outstanding — my nails were done beautifully, with incredible precision and care. You can really tell that the staff pay close attention to even the smallest details, making sure everything looks amazing.
What stood out the most was how kind and professional everyone was. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and took the time to ensure I was happy with every step of the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend this place to anyone! I’ve been going here for years regularly ❤️

Google The nails lasted about 1 day before they started to chip off and leave me with half the colour on. I will not be going there ever again because the nails clearly are not done by professionals. They clearly just hired a halfway house to do people’s nails. Do not go here unless you’ll looking for an infection.
Owner Response:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at our salon. We are not sure whether you had gel polish or regular polish done. Could you please take a photo of your nails and send it to us?
If there is any problem, you are welcome to return to the salon so we can check your nails, fix them if needed, and identify what may have caused the issue. We always appreciate customer feedback so that we can learn and improve our service.
We always aim to provide professional services and use high-quality products. Nails chipping after only one day is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver to our clients.
Regarding hygiene, we strictly follow cleaning and sterilisation procedures according to professional standards, so we take any comments related to hygiene very seriously.
We would be grateful if you could contact us directly and provide more details about the date and time of your visit, so we can review the situation and support you appropriately. If there was any issue, we are more than happy to check and resolve it for you.
Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us improve our service.

Google This is a very mixed review
The staff are lovely
I went in last Friday for a luxury pedicure which I’d had @ month previously & thoroughly enjoyed. This time the guy who did it was very exuberant with the razor resulting in cuts to my arch of about 2” there was a lot of blood & oohing & looking by the manager & a lot of sorry’s .
Suffice to say it was extremely painful & is still is 4 days later
Whilst I did not have to pay🙄 I can definitely say I will not be returning & will continue to go to Chloe’s.
The 30% discount which ends tomorrow gives the same price as the other 2 nail bars in town every day.
Such a shame as the foot bath, massage chair etc are a real pleasure
Owner Response:
Hello madam, I am the manager of the shop.
First of all, my team and I would like to sincerely apologize to you for this small professional accident.
We hope you are well and can understand our situation.
If possible, we would like to invite you to return next time, and we will serve you free of charge.
We truly apologize again and thank you very much.
