Been going to Chloe nails for 4 years, recently alot of the staff have left. Always do a pedicure and new set every three weeks. The young lady ripped the tips off, did not even soak. She was rude and she hurt my nails. Very unhappy with the length and design. Will definitely not be going back there. So disappointed.

A few weeks ago I booked a pedicure with normal polish. Everything went smoothly when I arrived and it’s clear everyone know what their doing my feet looked great at the end. I decided to give 4 stars cause I wasn’t given the option of to choose a color of nail polish, and was also charged an additional £10 cause the polish used was actually gel. I wasn’t informed of the change until after it was all done. This definitely annoyed me a bit as I wasn’t expecting to lay £38 but rather £28.

Massive thank you to Carly for my nails!
It was the first time I’d had Carly as I usually see Chi, who is always brilliant but was unavailable today. Carly was absolutely amazing. I had hurt my finger and she was so gentle and careful not to make it worse, while still giving me the most beautiful nails. My pedicure was perfect too.

Well done and thank you, Carly ill definitely be booking with you again!

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over five years, attending regularly every three weeks for acrylics and gel pedicures. Unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined to the point where I feel compelled to leave this review.

Despite always booking appointments weeks in advance, I have consistently been made to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to as long as 90 minutes. This has become the norm rather than the exception and shows a clear lack of respect for customers’ time. The salon appears to be chronically overbooked, yet appointments continue to be taken regardless.

What is particularly disappointing is the complete absence of customer care or loyalty. After five years of regular custom, there has been no acknowledgement, relationship-building or basic courtesy. Most businesses understand the value of long-term customers; sadly, this one does not.

My final visit was the last straw. On a rare occasion without an appointment, I was asked to sit and wait. I waited patiently for 45 minutes, only to then be told to “come back later”, after several other people were seated ahead of me. If there was no availability, I should not have been seated and misled in the first place. The interaction was, once again, unnecessarily rude.

The overall attitude from staff consistently comes across as indifferent and dismissive, as though customer experience simply doesn’t matter because the salon is busy enough not to care. I also always pay in cash, which they clearly prefer, yet this appears to count for nothing.

It’s a real shame. I have spent thousands of pounds here over the years and would have happily continued if there had been even a basic level of respect and professionalism. As a result, I will no longer be returning, and neither will my family members who have also been regular customers. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this salon.

I’ve been coming to this Chloe salon for a few years now, and I really want to compliment the whole team. Every staff member is always very patient, attentive and careful with their work.

In mid-October, my daughter’s train was cancelled and she arrived quite late for her appointmentl, was the last appointment at the salon, my daughter asked for acrylic nails with nail art, and a lady technician who helped my daughter was so patient and kind. She did an amazing job — my daughter absolutely loves her nails!

A huge thank you to her, and to the whole team. This salon has truly become our go-to place. Highly recommended. 💛

Been coming here for many years now and it is the best! Easy to book appointments, accepts walk ins but if you have a tech you prefer it’s better to book ahead. They do get very busy on school hols and fridays etc but I’ve never had a problem getting in.

Chloe Nails is hands-down the best nail shop in town! Not only is their work flawless, but they also have free Wi-Fi, which is such a nice touch while you’re relaxing and getting pampered. Special shout-out to Liu — you are absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, you take such great care of me. Today I even got my nails done for free since I’ve been here twice before — talk about making a customer feel appreciated!
