They had no customer service and they was so ruff, it was hurting getting my nails done! They made me bleed at one point and didn’t even apologise and continue doing my nails even touching wear I was bleeding from, never seen any place do nails the way they did and definitely don’t clean the tools they use. don’t recommend to go here to get your nails done (also they clearly hated there jobs and wear just so negative it gets to you at some point wear you feel negative to, as they hurt you and are rude and your paying with your money that you earned knowing that you would never be like how they are at your job)

A thorough service but it was not clean, I saw old fingernails on the towel I had my hands on. The person doing my nails did a good job but was quite rude.

I came in today for a set of acrylics and must say I wasn’t that happy with them, I don’t usually leave negative feedback however, the person that was doing my nails was nice but didn’t really know what he was doing, I asked for coffin nails and they ended up being bumpy, as well as most of them different shapes, some are square some coffin as well as being bumpy. When I left he asked me if I liked them and I said they were fine but he didn’t ask further and took my payment.
For the same price I could have gotten my nails done properly somewhere else.
However the staff were very friendly so there is always that.

I’ve been visiting Forest Nails for almost a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. My nails always last beautifully, and the team are kind, professional, and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy.

I was not very happy with my experience as I found the nail tech's to be slightly rude, they left lots of nail polish around my nails which now wont come off and when I showed them the desing I wanted I was told they wont do it because it would take to long so I had to setel for a difrent desing.

Have got my nails done here three times now. The staff are much more friendly than other salons I have tried before and they take their time and put in effort with your nails unlike some places where they rush just to see as many people as possible. Nails have always been perfect here.

I have had my nails done here many of times and I have never been disappointed. Absolutely fantastic and very professional service. Always outstanding results. I would highly recommend having your nails done here if you want a quality finish with professional service. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This is definitely one of the best places I have been to in many years of having my nails done and I drive the extra distance purely for the outstanding results and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Forest nails.

Care was taken right from the start, with removal of my previous varnish, and preparation of my nails, with great respect for the natural nail base. The finished result is perfect (plain, neutral). I would highly recommend
