This review is based on the exceptional service received from Claudia!! I had what was meant to be a luxury pedicure on Saturday and due to a mix up on the system and also the finished look I was quite unhappy. I wasn’t going to go back however decided to email my concerns which were swiftly acknowledged and invited back in to have it resolved . From the moment I returned I was made to feel extremely welcomed and they could not apologise more for the previous encounter. Claudia was amazing!! She redid my pedicure and told me not to leave the chair unless I was happy 😃 I was able to switch off and after 2 mins she had my full trust. I will absolutely continue to go here and ask for Claudia. I am happy I gave it a second chance as the effort made to rectify has definitely restored my custom!! Thanks Claudia 😘

I had such a wonderful experience with Ritu! 🌟 After having a really bad experience at another salon previously, I was honestly quite nervous about getting waxed again. But Ritu was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring from the moment I arrived.

She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay. Her technique was excellent, the hygiene standards were top-notch, and the results were amazing. ✨

I’m so grateful to have found someone who genuinely cares about her clients’ comfort and confidence. I would highly recommend Ritu to anyone looking for a skilled and kind waxing professional! 💖

I wouldn’t say it’s Neurodivergent friendly. There was a lady who knew me since my daughter was so small, abdhi whom sadly past away and because she knew me so well she’d be able to communicate to people for me because I was uncomfortable with people. Then this day I had a pedicure, the lady kept getting it wrong. My toes burned. She cut my nails instead of filling them and got the wrong colours and at this point I started getting to overwhelmed. The thing is with this place I saw she clearly didn’t know what she was doing but when I corrected her she just nodded her head then carried on doing something else where else I know back in the day abdhi would of checked in to see if I’m okay and if not communicated to the lady I’m not because I can get worked up and i find communication hard and I couldn’t speak to this lady as she wasn’t listening to me and just still performing her job wrong. I studying beauty therapy at college. So I do know what’s right and wrong and hygienic etc and a lot of what she was doing wasn’t by guidelines ANYWAY. So my issue is since my lovely lady passed away the actual standards of the places have gone down & I don’t feel safe. I was forced to pay otherwise the police would have been called on me and I said there was no need for that because I am not cheap I wouldn’t do that. I haven’t been back since and it’s been a very long time but I haven’t had any treatment done because it’s hard for me to trust a place now so I just want to say how disappointed I am with how I was treated and how the standards have dropped and how they need to have more respect and better communication skills with people because you can never know whom your customers is
