Nail gel fell off!
I went back and it was redone but within a few hours I only had three fingers of gel remaining.
Went back again and got a refund.
This disaster cost me a lot of money in diesel no refund for that.
I have never experienced this before and WONT be returning to this salon.

I had my eyebrows shaped and also got a facial at this salon, and I’m really pleased with both. The staff was professional, and I felt relaxed during the whole visit. I would come back for both again!

I recently got my eyebrows done at this salon, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very professional and friendly; they really understood what I wanted and shaped them exactly the way I had in mind. The salon was spotless, and the whole process was super relaxing. I would highly recommend this salon, especially if you’re looking for perfect eyebrow shaping!

I don't want to give any stars! I'm very disappointed! I went to this salon today to get my eyebrows done! I told the lady to do my eyebrows with wax, not to thread me! He waxed my eyebrows, but when he finished the last time he plucked them, that is, when he pulled them out, he also tore the hair on my head!! It hurt! I was angry! I have never had to go to a salon to get my eyebrows plucked and have them tear the hair off my head (I think I went bald in that place). I think she took 10 hairs from my head! And you know what that lady told me: That I have a lot of hair on my head and that it will grow! I will avoid this salon.!!

Went for a pedicure, non of the equipment was sterile at all the cup was dirty with the nail clippers etc in. The shop was freezing cold I was burnt from the water. The lady who did my feet shook the dead skin on the floor. The back massager done nothing but stab me definitely not a massage more like a deadly dig. (I turned it off) the lack of colour choice is poor considering it’s a beauty salon. They didn’t shape my nails at all. She cut my cuticle and made me bleed on 2 of toes. IF AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. There is no cleanliness about this place at all. Poorly ran, no communication I am reporting the hygiene to the council. To cut somebody whilst doing their treatment tells me they need a lot more training. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. Whilst there they didn’t clean the area once there was hair being cut, dead skin put on the floor dirty equipment I have took photos for the council to investigate. Absolutely appalled never would I waste money here again
