Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points: deposits are always deducted from the final balance, so no one is ever ‘overcharged.’ Receipts are automatically sent when requested as it is done through my phone and I received no direct OR follow-up request from you. Did you perhaps get the pricing wrong. The price off a full set is £35 checked the records and you paid £10 deposit and the remaining balance was £25 which you paid after service. You also did not mention anything when I was doing your nails which is a SQUARE set if you wanted the edges rounded you could have said so, it only takes me two seconds to do. Why happily pay for a service you are not according to your account not happy with. I truly wished you had raised your concerns at the time so I could have addressed them there and then immediately. Such a shame we didn’t have the opportunity to put things right while you were still at the salon. Seems to me you just want a free service. Inconsiderate of you to do it with a malicious review.
I take pride in the quality of my work, which is reflected in the many satisfied clients who return regularly. While it’s disappointing to read comments that don’t reflect the reality of my services. Hello Madam, I have no record of you being my client or you being serviced by myself. I am the only one in the salon and would have definitely remembered this situation and would have rectified it right there and then. Is this perhaps for another nail service provider?. Thank you so much for taking your precious time to leave me a negative review based on my pricing. I really appreciate it. I am overall sorry to hear my pricing did not meet your expectations. Although, not fair as I always strive and give a 100% in any nail service I provide whether basic or extravagant nails and my clients will attest to that. Such a shame you could not experience my services. But judged me based on my pricing instead - providing quality nails. I don’t understand how me telling you my prices over the phone or other social platforms messaging perhaps can be perceived as nasty attitude.
