My second time going there and I regret going there for the second time. The woman lack accountability and respect. She wanted to overcharge me as well. After treading my face, she gave me tissue to wipe it myself. She treated me like it was free of charge. If you are a black girl please stay away from this woman. Her attitude and mannerism towards me was very sad. And she was about to scream at me after confronting her about what I did not like about the service. She is rude, unprofessional, and financially bully. Shame on you madam.

They dont apply powder before threading the eyebrows and after threading they dont apply any gel to relieve the pain.

not happy w the service that was given to me today, i had gone to get a eyebrow wax and MIND YOU my eyebrows were in tact before she waxed them

i had noticed she had cut my eyebrow so she could get me to pay for a tint TO WHICH I REFUSED, did not engage at all and my eyebrows were not waxed properly

Nightmarish service! Please avoid unless this is only option left for you or u want to play with your face..The girl there charged me a pound extra, from what was mentioned on the price list, upon asking, replied that she applied for some different kind of wax. I didnt ask for it my dear, neither u informed me! And then messed up my brows’ shapes, & taught me that i have misdirected brows (got this complement for d first time ever!).

Just within 5 min, there came another local who was complaining that her daughter’s eyes are burnt coz of some wax used at this salon.

First & last time, thank you!

I had my eyebrows waxed yesterday. I felt a burning sensation afterward, and today I noticed two burns on my forehead and below my eyebrow. I've been to that place many times, but this was my first bad experience. The staff who did the waxing yesterday were different from the ones I've had before.

I went in for a manicure and it was the worst one ever. The lady did not engage with me at all and all her answers were monosyllabic.
She pushed back my cuticles but did not trim the dry skin. I had to ask her to do so as she was about to paint my nails with untidy cuticles. After applying a super thin coat of base coat, she started applying the colour. I noticed that she had not covered part of my nail so told her so. She and her colleague then told me that they apply a thin coat first, trying to get out of applying the polish again. I then said that this has got nothing to do with part of a nail remaining unpainted! So, she took the polish off my nail and try to paint it again with no base coat which I pointed out. She reached for the base coat and by then I didn’t want to stay there for another second so asked her how much I owed her for what she’d already done, paid her and left!
Please avoid at all costs - a huge NO from me!
