First of all, we sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the white and orange ombré, we usually recommend using an airbrush technique as it helps the colours blend more smoothly and evenly. It also makes it easier to infill and change colours in future visits without needing to remove the nails completely.

We would also like to clarify that the products used are properly diluted and applied with care, following standard procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. And also it wont effect your lung as we doing the same things everyday and ofc we still healthy and no lung problems

If you have been a regular customer with us, we would have truly appreciated the opportunity to resolve this for you directly at the salon or over the phone, rather than through a review. As you may know, we always offer free fixes and do our best to ensure you leave satisfied with your nails.

Are you sure you got them done at our salon? We never do cuticles like this and if you got them done at our salon , you can come back to have a fresh set but surely it doesn’t look like the work at our shop at all

My staff has pain stomach and she did say someone will take it over . But after all you still have your toes done I dont see there is a problem? Also you can say it at the shop don’t have to be on here ad writing review and we have to say the reason on here .

Hi .When did you come to our salon ? We didn’t have any one in today and do their nails for 3 hours . Are you sure you give the right review to the right shop? And also if you don’t like the design why don’t you just say it instead of going on google and giving 2 start. If there is something wrong you should say it straight away not just keep silent .
We were the one who sit there for hour to paint Black tip for you and help you to pick your colours and trying to do the design you wanted. You said you have design in mind but you pick a hardest design that only can happen with AI but we’re still trying our best to do what you asked for . We painted black tip and you don’t like it we have to take it off and help you to pick other colours and if those colours get to paint on your nails without saying how can we know you like it or not ? I will listen only if you say things right, I don’t have to listen when you saying something isn’t true . You are tired of sitting down so are we ? You should off being nice instead of being complicated . If you go somewhere else please pick your colours if you have something in mind and be nice be respectful when people helped you with colours and trying the best to Please you! Have a good evening!
