I had my nails done today, and unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the result. The nail shaping wasn’t done properly, and the polish application was uneven. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the service and expected a better outcome. I hope more attention can be given to detail and quality in the future.

I came into here today and they did absolutely what I wanted, they are so pretty and beautiful like UI can't take ur eyes off them. One small problem I did have though was that I didn't get what she was saying, I didn't know if the person who did my nails was speaking to me or another member of staff but except for that they offered drinks and sweets and even gave me a loyalty card with 5 pounds off! Wonderful experience and I will be coming back here! xx

Went to Amy a couple of months ago and was initially really happy with the nails and the service she provided so decided to go back to have them infilled. Unfortunately Amy has absolutely ruined my nails, she’d frequently use the drill bit directly on my natural nails meaning they have worn down so much to the point where they have snapped half way down my nail bed. Both my pinky finger and middle finger were in so much pain I had to soak and remove the nails to prevent further damage. Didn’t realise how badly she’d damaged them until the nails were off! Very upset & disappointed - little /no care for my natural nails

My daughter regularly gets her nails done at Amy's. They always make her feel really welcomed and spoilt. She loves going due to the professionalism and care she receives. Her nails look great quality, last and the designs are always complimented on by her friends.

Such a great and lovely place to get your beauty enhanced. I got my haircut here and it was brilliant. Ms. Lan Anh was skilled hairdresser, she can cut any type of hair. I love my mullet cut so much. Im sure her nail making is equally good. Highly recommend.
