Super disappointed in this hairdressers. I just needed a trim and my friend recommended this salon to me. I found their insta and messaged the number allocated, just a nice hi how are you, I would love to come in and get a trim bla bla let me know if that is possible for you. A week went by and no response. I tried calling, no response. I called 4 times in the next 2 weeks and still nothing. After 2 weeks I finally got a response apologising for the delay and asking if I still wanted to come in and when. I responded no worries at all, as I understand places are busy, and said what I wanted and the dates I was free. Another week goes by and still no response. At this point I was appalled. 3 weeks and still no appointment is ridiculous. So I sent another text saying how disappointed I was, that I am always understanding of people being busy but 3 weeks and I still no appointment or even the respect to reply is highly unprofessional. That it is such a shame because I really just wanted to have a simple trim and didn’t want to have to find somewhere else to get it done. And still days later I have received no response. No apology. Nothing.
I have been nothing but lovely and understanding in my messages so there is no reason for this apart from straight unprofessionalism from the owner (as I understand this is her personal number and her job to reply to new customers).
I’m not sure how this business has new customers when they can’t even respond let alone give them an appointment, but each to their own.

I got my hair cut by Sam a few weeks ago and I must say that she did an amazing job! My hair is fairly long and I love how she was able to cut my hair and still keep it long for me. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Sam your amazing!! x

Mackenna has created such an on trend salon. Blow drys, colours, cuts, the salon itself: all match her creativity and passion for hairdressing. You can definitely relax in this salon with the atmosphere and the alcoholic drinks. Perfect for your regular hair needs and for creating special days out with the girls getting your hair and make up done. Can't fault the service.

I have moved a lot and have never come across a salon so down-to-earth and personable. You often feel in beauty salons that they’re judging you or your appearance and that it’s not a safe space. Khaos isn't like that, they truly make you feel like their best friend when you’ve only just met them.

The salon is beautiful, it’s clean and they're so reasonably priced but the girls that work there make it a genuinely special place and I would (and have) trusted each of them with my hair.

Plus... my hair is LITERALLY the best its ever looked!

Am amazing salon which is fun, relaxed and friendly! There is always an energetic vibe which makes a change from your more stuffy and formal salons! I have my hair done by Leonie and cannot recommend her highly enough! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
