Google Had a birthday party on Thuesday so i booked one week ahead for 12 in the morning, they called me firstly (11 in the morning same day) to say the girl was sick then the issue was that my booking time was not enough.
Finally l did my make up in Cucumba london straight away they accept me (birthday was in London 5pm-3:30 appointment that they finally offered me was not convenient for me, they apologized but they ruin my day)
Owner Response:
We are sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience Isa for this we would like to apologise.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer care, as you can see from all of our other 5* reviews.
Unfortunately i believe there may have been a miscommunication here.
If you would like to contact the salon we would be happy to offer you a complementary service to try to rectify your experience.
