I recently visited this new salon. The staff were friendly, but I’m disappointed with the quality of my nails.

There was no proper cuticle prep, the acrylic was applied flat without building an apex, and the product flooded around the cuticle area and surrounding skin. The shaping was also uneven. Within just two days I noticed lifting and slight colour separation, which shouldn’t happen so quickly.

Four different technicians worked on my nails during the appointment, which may have affected the consistency. I paid £35, which I feel is high for this quality, I expected better technique. I’ve attached photos showing how my nails looked only two days after the appointment.

Absolutely loved this place.
New nail salon in Coventry, from the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had such a chill vibe. My partners nails came out PERFECT—exactly what she asked for, if not better. They really take their time and pay attention to details, which I appreciate so much. Prices were totally fair for the quality too. Highly recommend.
