They gave me the worst French tips I’ve ever had and when I tried to leave with unfinished nails without paying they threatened to call the police. Bad costumer service.

I have only given 1 star because of the lady who was doing mine she was getting confused by the main lady who interferes quite alot, this was my first time in this place normally i go somewhere else.. the base is bumpy and i asked for almond but was given oval.. when i look to the side of my nails they all have a dip but if you speak up the main lady is very patronizing..i wouldnt recommend

Absolutely horrible! The manager is not inviting at all. I understand language barrier but the way she responds to you or talks to you is absolutely diabolical. This is a business and I believe customers should be treated well. Not by the manager in this salon! I paid over £35 for my nails Monday and it started lifting on Saturday. I went to the salon to show my concerns as I do not have the knowledge of nails lifting after a few days. My friends did theirs exactly the same day at a different salon and their nails is still brand new. So I was worried. However the way the manager responded to me and embarrassed me in front of other clients was so unprofessional!

I asked for normal nail polish but they insisted me on getting gel nails. They look nice but it was a bit too expensive. The manager also yelled at another client.

One of the worst place that I have ever gone for my nails, the owner is really rude that raised her voice for me when I said my nails weren’t perfect and that had different size.

Absolutely horrific, not even worth the one star. Please don't waste your money on this place. Shown a picture of what I wanted and what I got was nothing alike. Asked the lady to file down my nails and she said no. Excuse me but if I am paying you £35 for nails that's not the service I should receive. Everything was rushed, bad communication, bad service. Complained to another member of staff only to be ignored. My only regret is giving these people my money.

The worst experience I have ever had, I will never be returning to this place, got spoken to in a raised voice as if I was a 2 year old in the presence of other customers, the staff do not have any respect for their customers and have an attitude problem that needs to be addressed, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! It is disgraceful they think they have the right to treat people like this. I would have given zero stars but that wasn't possible in order to leave a review.
