I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this nail salon. During my appointment, I stepped on broken glass that was left on the floor while customers were barefoot. I informed a staff member immediately, but there was very little concern or reassurance shown.

I asked for tissue and a first aid kit to properly dress the wound, and I was told they did not have one available. A business where customers are barefoot should absolutely have proper safety and first aid procedures in place.

I ended up paying for my treatment and leaving while injured. The lack of care, professionalism, and hygiene/safety standards was unacceptable. I would strongly urge the salon to improve cleanliness and customer safety procedures before someone else gets hurt.

I went in today to get BIAB replacement done. My nails had previously been made too thin at a different location but that had never been an issue here. The tech kept double checking that everything was okay and that I was comfortable.
I showed an inspo pic and this was the end result. Absolutely gorgeous.
