I am a new customer i have had my nails done here around 2 times. The nail service is okay but the customer service is disgusting. If they dont like you, if you ask questions or state what you want that isn’t inline with what they want they will have an attitude with you. Thats no way to treat paying customers.
Ill never go back there again and deter anyone intending on trying them out

I have been coming here for years. The staff are friendly and professional. The salon is always really clean. I always manage to get booked in quickly for appointments. My nails are always done to a high standard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Been using the Nail Lounge now for a couple of months. Only wish I had been using them sooner. Extremely friendly staff, very efficient and always a great service. I work in hospitality so my hands are subjected to alot of grease and as you can imagine plenty of hand washing. Yet, I have never once experienced any lifting or breakage on my nails. Pricing is good too. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nails and great service

The ladies here are always professional, welcoming and genuinely friendly, and they take the time to give really good advice tailored to your nails. Thanks to their care, my nails have grown long and strong, which I’ve never managed before. They use BIAB and always make sure I have regular soak-offs every 3-4 appointments, which has made such a difference to the health of my nails.
