Worst experience ever! Waste of money!! Took me 2 years to grow my hair 1 length and wanted some layers. Showed some pictures. Leaflet said £35 wash cut and blow dry. Salon owner asked for payment before cut, charged £45. When I questioned the price she said the Leaflet is starting from price- no where does it say starting from, but still payed and carried on. She washed my hair with freezing cold water. Dried my hair as said better to do dry the cut. Cheap hair brush was yanking my hair, hurt so much! Then she started hacking into my hair, big chunks, and only asked how much to take off when doing the layers, not my main length! Took about 4 inches off my main length!!!! Then curled my hair so I couldn't see what was done properly! I washed my hair and straighten it at home to see what was done properly.. an absolute mess! Feel like to go smack this woman for ruining my hair, chunky horrible layers, not even blended, length no even straight, there's long and short bits! RUINIED MY THICK LONG HAIR! avoid at all cost everyone! She clearly does no know what she is doing! Definitely needs to go back to college to do training! Really don't know how she is still open!
