I do love my nails but there are some slight imperfections like the nail not being completely covered in varnish on the sides and still having a clump under a nail. I think being distracted by customers walking in and taking payment could have caused the distractions so having a receptionist to deal with those rather than the actual artist would benefit them. I would recommend them but make sure your nails are perfect before you leave!

This was my first time coming here as I needed a last min holiday appointment. First it was going great the feet were done good however the skin around the nail beds weren’t taken off properly. I was relucent to choose a man because they don’t have the same eyes as a woman when it comes to nails and I was right. He also was about to cut my toe nails until I said NO! Then it came to my nails and they turned out horrible the French tips did not match and were so thick. Not only that he rushed because the salon got so busy they don’t turn people away so they rush yours to get done to the next person. Personally I wouldn’t come here again and will stick to my previous nail tech. Nails are about making the feel amazing and I spent £82 pounds to not feel like that.

Really disappointed with my experience. I had BIAB done on my nails yesterday, but they are extremely thick and the product has been applied too far away from my cuticles, so they already look grown out. It’s especially frustrating when you’re paying a lot for a service and the quality is poor.

I asked the lady multiple times to make them less thick and to paint the whole nail properly, but instead more product was added, which made them even thicker.

This is my second time visiting, and unfortunately I’ve been disappointed both times.

I went in December to get a pedicure for £47. The lady who did my pedicure was apparently 'new' she was very rough and kept pulling my feet forward rather than ask me to change feet. I told her to stop pulling and being gentle this lady painted all my toe nails except one 😫. I was then chased outside and asked for payment in a place full of customers 🙈after already paying in the beginning. No apologies no nothing . Went back to give them a second chance because the services(milk and honey treatment )are good it's just customer service that really needs help, no discount no nothing( just them speaking about it whilst I stood there). It's really bad and I don't think they deserve my regular money. ps.if you guys know any really good nail shops please recommend.
