I went in to get a colour. The young lady applied the colour and left me sitting for about 45 minutes whilst she and two others went to look for concealer. The boss was out at the time.

Disorganised. They let me book in for a date and time where nobody was there to do what I had asked for, paid for a train and taxi to get there just to be turned away and told to come back tomorrow. Otherwise lovely people and good when they end up doing your hair.

I went to the salon to get my hair crocheted into an afro and the girl at the salon didn't know how to crochet. I stayed from 11am to 5pm and the result was not pleasant at all... I have a dermal piercing and that girl kept hitting me on it and didn't even apologize... the second piercing was bad.

Very professional, pleasant, polite ladies. A clean and a very welcoming hair salon environment. I got a full frontal done with 3 bundles in half the time I have at previous salons. The install is very tight exactly how I asked for it and styled how I wanted it and I am very happy with the services received. The pricing was good as well. I recommend this salon to my beautiful ladies who would like their hair done at a reasonable price. I am a 1st time client and they made me feel very welcomed from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. They took my booking with not even 24 hours notice. I have found my perfect salon finally.

Edit* I went back 2 more times and didn't get the same service as the 1st time. I am now not going back.

I've used their services a few times, for some simple con rows without to much to complain, but last time it was all a mess, the con rows wasn't well aligned at all...
