1 have my nails done here regularly, atmosphere is great , lovely friendly staff and reasonably priced , never had a bad experience at this salon , Lucy is great she gets my nails spot on , well worth a visit !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The staff were extremely rude to be honest which was a shame. Staff decided to shout at me, which was extremely humiliating considering how busy it was, hence why I couldn’t hear them. They refused to cut my extensions shorter, saying “no they’ll look stupid”. They were mocking my chosen design the whole time I was there.

Solely because of the customer service that I received, I would not go here again.

Went here today to get just a design put on my nails nothing else just a simple design and the original design taken off. The lady who I presume is the owner was so rude. Makes you feel so uncomfortable when you ask a question and then they sit there laughing and talking in there own language I asked if I could have abit of glitter on my nails and the price went from £20-£30. Could have had a whole new fresh set for that price

2 staff members on arrival. Didn’t bother to tell us that the other one is finishing at 2 and no other staff. Telling others that are walking in it’s a half an hour wait. How is that possible when there’s One of you working, I person in the chair, 2 waiting already. Waste of my time and I wasted parking costs. Very bad customer service

This is the mess of my daughters nails done today,I have never seen such a mess,cut her finger twice,the woman doing her nails glued her own finger to my daughters finger,he fingers are covered in glue,Then they asked for full payment.this is shoddy work at its finest.

Today I had gel put on my toes at miss nails they looked lovely and the lady who did them was very nice but for thirty pound I cannot just accept the fact that the gel is peeling of not even three hours after leaving the establishment and I have not done anything the initiate the peeling so it is a fault of theirs.

I only use this nail salon they can do any design and colour. The price is alright too they are all very kind only speak little English but enough to understand what you want. Wouldn't use anywhere else

Had a 10 clock appointment , I got there just before 10, I was asked what I wanted done so I said pedicure. I am not steady on my feet, so the staff member shouted over to me, in the crowded shop, a pedicure are diabetic looking down on me, as if she really want me there. I am not diabetic, I have mobility issues recently. I think that I have been discriminated against. Some people are not fit to deal with the public. By the don’t get my pedicure done, I walked out the shop without anyone trying to call me back. The seat in the front was too low, I stated to her, she told me the other chairs are low too.
