Me and my friend booked last minute and the team were kind enough to book us in on the weekend before Eid. Humerah, Ameerah, Rabia and Imaan made our experience amazing. The customer service and the final mani-pedis were so so worth it, especially the luxury pedicure. We will definitely be coming back. :)

I’ve visited this salon multiple times and every single time I’m greeted by ameera and made to feel so comfortable. I got my nails done by iman and her service never fails. She always does an amazing job. If you are visiting the salon I definitely recommend them 2!!

I recently came in for a luxury pedicure and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, but I chose to ignore it and continue with my treatment.

The staff member doing my pedicure, I believe her name was “Iman,” had very poor customer service throughout. There was no friendliness, no effort to make me feel welcome, and overall she came across as if she did not want to do my treatment at all.

At the end of the pedicure, I asked about adding gel as I believed it was included in the package. Instead of simply explaining, she asked another staff member “do we even have time?” in a way that felt very unprofessional and as though she was hoping the answer would be no.

What made the experience even more awkward was that midway through my treatment she suddenly walked off and told another hijabi staff member to “just ask her what colour she wants and start it.” I was sitting right there while this was being discussed as if I wasn’t even present. About 10 minutes later, “Iman” came back and continued the treatment herself. It felt very disorganised and uncomfortable having 2–3 different people involved for no reason.

The salon itself is lovely and the treatments have potential, but customer service is a huge part of the experience and unfortunately this completely let it down. Staff walking around holding vapes also did not look professional at all.

I booked an appointment at naughty nails for a hands & feet acrylic/gel nail removal with manicure & pedicure recently. It was my second time there, however after visiting on this occasion, I felt as though the service was not great at all - I visited in the morning & there was only 1 other client there. The manicure & pedicure was not up to my expectations/ standards - most of my nails chipped the same & following days. This has never usually happened to me, my skin around my nail beds had then started to sting as too much of my nails had chipped off. I had a holiday shortly after & I did not have time to get them redone so I was quite disappointed.

Recently visited this Nail “ Salon “ , if that’s what you would call it & I was beyond disappointed . Shameful service , staff & overall environment . I cannot say I wasn’t surprised though as the minute you walk in you are greeted by these massage chairs & digital screens clearly put in to overcompensate for the lack of professionalism , training of staff & overall atmosphere of the place - the owners are too busy talking about family members , the workers are clearly underpaid but trying their best & the quality of the products used are abysmal ( again it all looks appealing at face value but poor quality across the board ) . I’ve genuinely never come across a place like this in Birmingham I would avoid at all costs , this isn’t somewhere that you would recommend to any family or friends & that was my mistake . Every penny “ invested “ into this “establishment” has been used to make it as appealing & aesthetic as possible but when it comes to actually providing a credible service , the staff cannot meet this standard as staff are not properly trained , material’s are of a low grade ( nails started to peel as soon as I got home ) & customers are not valued at all . My recommendation would be that you guys shut up “ shop “ or whatever you would call it & perhaps find a new career one that doesn’t involve any sort of customer facing role . By reading your previous reviews your only argument to reply to customers is to say that “ there is no record of them or any proof of call logs “ , to try & make out as if their reviews are false . Going forward I suggest senior members / staff take some time to reflect on your “ business “ & how you treat customers .

I’ve tried many mani-pedi spots from ultra high end townhouse to standard high street, but this has been by far the best experience.

The luxury pedi is a wonderful experience to treat for yourself / to gift someone and they have the best massage chairs ever!
The venue itself is minimalistic and modern-and its very clean- workers were cleaning throughout the day.

There are a good selection of products/ tools/ colours are available.

The girls are generous with their time, and products used. Shazia is also really accommodating and really polite and both Hamairah and Iman who did our mani-pedis were very patient and attentive to detail, thoroughly enjoyed it and this will our regular spot now!

Just had a mani pedi here and honestly such a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive from start to finish, which made it feel really relaxing. The aesthetics are absolutely stunning, easily the best in Birmingham. Everything feels so luxe and high-end. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself ✨
