The manicure was much cheaper than other local salons but the guy who did it spent the whole treatment talking to his colleague. He never acknowledged my existence and I was not offered a drink or made to feel welcome. He was far from gentle and his own long nails dug into my skin on numerous occasions. Not a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at this nail salon. The staff were friendly, professional, and paid close attention to detail. The salon was clean and relaxing, and there were plenty of beautiful colors to choose from. My nails turned out amazing and lasted a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back

Very upset, came in the day before asked for something specific however they did not understand what I wanted I gave up in the end my nails were shorter than I wanted and called in later on asking if I could come in and get them fixed as they have a five day free period. Come in and one of them has a very rude and disgusting tone. “No you can’t, if you wanted that why didn’t you ask” well unfortunately I did ask however she didn’t understand me as her English was very limited very very upset and disappointed! Disgusting service genuinely will never be coming back here again.

When you came in, you requested a specific design, and our team followed exactly what you asked for. As you mentioned, you are quite detailed, and our team spent extra time to make sure everything met your expectations. Throughout the process, we confirmed each step with you — including the shape and length — and only proceeded after your approval.

At the end of the service, you confirmed that you were happy with the result before leaving.

Later, you contacted us to come back. As per our policy, we are always happy to fix any issues related to quality within the warranty period. However, your request was to change to a completely different design, which is considered a new service rather than a fix.

We have CCTV footage recording the entire process of both times you visited the shop. On both occasions, you confirmed that you were satisfied, made full payment, and then left.

We always do our best to accommodate our clients, but we also need to be fair and consistent with our policy. We truly appreciate your understanding.

I’m travelling as just retired, popped into jolie nail and spa in Inverurie as a walk in and a really friendly young man was happy to infill my nails 💅 and reshape them, make shorter and varnish all with friendly smile and a natter , keen price and a lovely clean and tidy salon, so thanks for great job if I’m ever this way again I would definitely be back .
