I had a great experience here. The salon was clean and well organised, and the staff were very professional. They took their time with my nails and made sure everything looked perfect. I especially loved the shape and finish – exactly what I asked for. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I walked in and i was greeted straight away. They offered tea or coffee and made sure i was comfortable before they started. Staff are very welcoming and chatty and the nails were exactly what i asked for. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family

The New nails by mandy offers terrible service. The nail technician was so violent with my nails I experienced very bad bleeding under my nails which has never happend before. Nail prep was really badly done, shaping and painting also was a mess, the nail clearly not fully painted in the corners and the nail is not smooth but instead messy. Dont even want to get started on a simple design I asked and got offered something completely different. Had to pay £40 for a simple paint and flower. Old staff worked so much better.

This establishment was recently taken over by new management, unfortunately the new team lack both skill and training, which is evident in the poor quality of their nail work. I will from now on insist that the old team of ladies work on my nails only.

I had a very disappointing experience here. When I first arrived, there was only one staff member in the store, which already felt quite unprofessional. I showed her the design I wanted, but she said she couldn’t do it. I chose another, and again she said she didn’t have the tools or materials. In the end, I settled for the simplest nail design. Unfortunately, she still got the colour wrong, and the result looks messy and unprofessional. On top of that, she left me with seven cuts during the process. After cutting my thumb once, she apologized, so I thought it was just a mistake—but then she repeated the same thing multiple times. My fingers are now sore and in pain.
The environment itself was unhygienic—the tap was broken, and overall the place didn’t feel clean. For the price charged, it was absolutely not worth it. I’ve already booked another salon just to have these nails removed and redone, because the more I look at them, the more frustrated I feel.
This was my first time coming here after being recommended by a friend, and it was a complete waste of money. Unprofessional staff, poor service, lack of quality, and awful management. At the very least, staff should be trained properly to do something as basic as a simple French tip.
