It was a wonderful experience I had builder gel for the first time because I usually get acrylics and the owner gave me tips and advice and made sure my nails were healthy and it looks great. We had a great chat and it was very enjoyable thank you so much for the beautiful nails I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately very rude and standoffish behaviour from one of the male workers here. He does not smile, ignored my request for nails to be shorter - I asked and he did not answer me. I had to check if he heard. He made me feel like I was disturbing him by being there. Why am I paying for a service and being treated with no manners? He was rude last time and I still came back, I have left feeling very upset. Never returning again, poor customer service.

I tried this new location to have a pedicure a week ago and my feet were cut from the rigorous grater tool used on my skin. My feet had not soaked before the technician started scraping at my feet. It was very uncomfortable at the time and I am still left with cuts on my feet and they hurt when I walk. Never going here again.

Lovely friendly nail technician, however I had swollen and weeping cuticles the following day. The day after the colour was chipping. My nails were different lengths and shape on each hand and the colour uneven. Very disappointing. I went in for infills on acrylic nails and a change of colour.

I was desperate for my nails to be done as my usual place couldn’t fit me in, this lady messaged me straight back with an appointment time and was so friendly. Took her time (I didn’t feel rushed in and out). Used good quality products and I’m really happy with them. I will definitely use this place again and would recommend!

I went in for Acrylic nails but the lady said don’t have them done. I wanted gel extensions but she didn’t even do that for me. All I got was a bit of nail shape and nail paint which I could have done at home. The price list wasn’t available in the shop or on display. The lady charged what she wanted for the nails, after she did my nails. English language was a barrier as she didn’t understand much to what I was asking for and she kept talking in her own language with another boy which made me feel uncomfortable. Nails could have been better if she listened to what I wanted.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star. I asked for clear nails she didn't paint them clear and had to ask again and then she didn't give me a proper manicure when asked for tips she said we only do gel no tips. Well I could have done all this myself at home instead of going to an establishment what is meant to be professional. Honestly they also need to improve on communication no offence
