Google i have been getting regular electrolysis appointments at jesmond beauty, unfortunately i have to travel far since there is limited clinics that offer this treatment in my area. the initial consultation was great, i felt really good about starting this treatment. however, im not too sure about the service. the girls at reception are really nice, but i find myself in the waiting area for too long waiting for my appointment, even when i have booked a week in advance. i also dont like the hairs removed just being thrown all over my face, they should be put on a cotton pad or tissue. i expected more from the manager of the salon

Google Can’t recommend Jesmond Beauty enough . Amazing experience . My treatment was performed perfectly . Kirsty did my treatment today , very professional , my treatment was given with care and dignity . I spoke to other staff members on arriving and leaving . They were all so friendly and polite . Made to feel welcome and well cared for while there . Highly recommend for all your beauty treatments

Google Booked in today for another Hydrafacial ahead of my birthday and again I like to keep coming back in with Georgia, she now knows me and my skin very well and it’s nice to revisit this area when I feel needed.
Always a five star service when I’m in the clinic. It’s like a personal tailored service for you and your skin. I love that we have that repor with each other.
A very relaxed & much enjoyed time today and will always be back.
Georgia also well informed me today of retinol and a new skin machine the clinic will be gettin g in. I felt scared to be turning 35 and having to start thinking about retinol but she is well experienced and explained it uses to me today.

Google As usual absolutely excellent. Everything from the ambiance, the products and especially the therapists are perfect. This is a treat for me and it's one of the best 1.5 hrs of my life. My skin glows and all my knots and worries are carried away during the massage. Everyone should have one of these at least once in their lives.
