Nestled in a lovely street in Jesmond. The beauticians greet you warmly on arrival. You feel at home and are treated to a professional, clean, hygienic, friendly service. Your hands are taken care of. Your soul at peace as you watch some pretty excellent work done on your hands. I recommend this salon with all my heart and soul. Gorgeous colours to choose from. A sheer delight to behold. Beauty at 28.

First time at this salon for a Hydradermie facial . It was concerning that there was no customer registration at the reception , usually in other salons I have been asked medical information , allergies , age etc .
I found the treatment room cold . The bed was extremely high so I could not access it to start my facial . After the therapist returned to the room she lowered the bed making it accessible . Although the facial was ok it was not as good as other Hydradermie facials I have had in other places in the Northeast . The therapist did recommend a further treatment for my skin and offered to give me an information leaflet . That did not materialise as I paid at reception . Sadly I will not be re booking here .
