Google The only place to come in Newcastle. The team here are excellent- Warm and friendly and they do the best mani and pedi. Very experienced staff that care and work to the highest standards, giving advice and providing an efficient quality service. Highly recommend.

Google Awful! Got my nails done here (in the loosest sense) last week and I’ve already had to go somewhere else to take them off. Took FOREVER!! I’d booked, but bc there were loads of walk-ins it took me THREE HOURS to get seen to. Then it was like they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough, and I left with wonky nails at uneven lengths (hence my having to get them off my fingers STAT). They were also just rude and unfriendly. I’m normally very forgiving of poor quality service if at least the staff are lovely, but they honestly just made me feel like a nuisance for just being there.

We always put our customer’s best interests first. If you’re not satisfied with your nails , you are more than welcome to come back and we fix them for you completely free of charge.
During holidays ( valentine day) , all nails salon tend to be very busy. Occasionally, there may be small delays in timing. We always try our best to stay on schedule but some customers request detailed designs,which can take longer than expected and affect the appointment time..we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in those situations.
We would also like to clarify that we did not intend to be rude to you in any way.

Google I did not have an appointment so I understand I am not prioritised but I was there a few minutes short of 3 hours. Then I was asked my age as I look quite young, this is important and essential for young customers so I don't mind. What I did find particularly unprofessional was that the staff afterwards asked me again, not to confirm my age but to tell me how young I looked and then would laugh about it in another language I did not understand with each other. They then told me I looked 14. Confirming the age of your clients is essential but repeatedly bringing it up in front of everybody else in the nail shop and laughing/talking about it is wildly unprofessional so I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Secondly, my nails salon policy requires parental consent if a customer is under 18 years old. That’s the reason why we asked about your age.
After that, my boss saw you and asked us that how old you were and whether parental consent form was needed. We simply repeated your age to him.( we talked by own language)

Google I had an appointment for 1:30pm, took nearly 2 1/2 hours just to get BIAB nails done - extremely slow and disappointing as normally the service is great.
They had so many walk-ins who seem to take priority over those already in the salon and who has booked appointments. It would be nice if they kept their appointment times and didn’t allow for so many walk-ins to cause significant delays.

We do accept walks - in clients, but we prioritize clients with prior appointments.
Today, there were many clients ahead of you and they requested quite detailed designs ( possibly because Valentine’s Day is approaching), so it took longer than expected to complete their work.
As a result, your service was delayed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
