Google I always go here and staff are friendly - I always get gel polish on my own nails but decided to get acrylic’s for my holidays and I’m very pleased with them - I was unsure what to get as not had them before and staff were very helpful - I got a classic French tip and they look really natural - I would highly recommend this salon - the only negative is that it is cash only for some reason

Google my girlfriend got her nails done very wonky and different lengths not the shape she asked for and didn’t give her the length she wished for. they cut her finger, hurt her cuticle and also when they filed her nails they were extremely rough making her uncomfortable and in pain. following the previous complaints she also done the design very wonky and didn’t level out the acrylic properly and it is bumpy. They were also rude and ignorant. They also muttered while looking at people and started laughing uncontrollably. they didn’t let my girlfriend get a drink until they were done even though she was choking for a drink and every time she tries to pick up her bottle the nail tech would pull her hand back aggressively. snapped off extremely easy. I wasn’t happy about paying £36 for that service and level of ignorance. DONT GO HERE!

Google I got my nails done at Pro Nails for the first time today with my friends, and it was such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made us feel comfortable and really took their time to make sure our nails looked perfect. We all left super happy with how our nails turned out, the attention to detail was amazing.

Google every nail was different length. did 1 coat when shouldve done 2. wont be back. 30£ for uneven shite is ridiculous. asked for square, got duck nails. no wonder the shop was empty

Google Asked for a French but they looked terrible so had to change them and if I wanted them removed to just go somewhere else or do myself it was £10 extra to remove on top of the £20. My toes are in agony and they had no cuticle oil. I could have probably painted them better myself.
