went here for the first time today! its extremely welcoming and friendly, i’m quite an anxious customer but i felt so at ease here. i got biab with nail art and the results are stunning! everyone leaving before me seemed extremely happy too. special shout-out to Happy for his amazing talent and funny customer service :-)

(you get a complimentary hot/cold drink at the start, which is honestly such a bonus)

Popped in yesterday for my infills and gel, and there was such attention to detail to ensure my nails looked perfect. The hot towel at the end was amazing!
I popped in this evening for a deluxe pedicure and WOW! my feet feel and look amazing. The lovely lady doing my feet was so caring and attentive to detail. The massage chairs are also amazing, I feel so refreshed. I appreciate them being so accommodating towards the end when I had to rush to collect my daughter from Nursery.
I will be back next month for my next sets! 🥰

The staff are so kind and welcoming and their attention to detail is incredible. The salon is really clean and has such a peaceful atmosphere. Been coming here for builder gel since the start of the year and never been happier with my nails, they’re so strong and healthy and last well between infills 💞

First time at this nail salon today (my usual place was closed) and wow! Amazing job, lovely staff, beautiful shop, drinks menu with great choice free!! A lovely boy even took a baby in a pushchair, rocked her back & forth, put cartoons on so her mam could relax getting her nails done it's things like this that make a huge difference. Every member of staff were absolutely lovely and great at there job. I will now be going here regularly and recommending to family & friends. Honestly is the best nail salon in Sunderland and the cheapest!

I don’t usually go to nail salons, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect — but I was honestly so impressed.
Everyone was really kind and welcoming from the start, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The whole experience was super relaxing, and they really took their time. Nothing felt rushed at all. They were so detailed and careful with their work, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Such a lovely experience and my nails look amazing. Highly recommend!

Only place I get my nails done. Had them done somewhere else and they did a bad job, but Hannah nails fixed them for a FANTASTIC price. The man at the salon is a true artist and I always come away feeling like I have beautiful, unique art on my hands!
The atmosphere is comfortable and I always have a good laugh with the nail techs. The hot towel at the end really seals the deal.

I almost don't want to review Hannah nails because I don't want the queues to get too long haha! I've never waited more than 10 mins to be seen for a walk in appointment!
