I had an excellent experience with my blow-dry by Prince—truly one of the best! I highly recommend visiting the salon and booking with him.

Daljeet, on the other hand, is genuinely warm and professional. They are a real asset to the company and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I’d like to share with management is that Google currently displays an image of Bella Beauty’s hairdresser, which can be quite confusing for customers.

Overall, a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back soon! X

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it, especially for parents or pregnant women.

First of all, the temperature inside the salon was unbearably hot. When I mentioned this, I was told it was because another staff member was unwell, so they had the heating on. Despite clearly seeing that I am heavily pregnant and visibly uncomfortable and sweating, there was no apology or consideration at all.

The haircut experience for my 4-year-old daughter was equally frustrating. It’s completely normal for a child to move during a haircut, but instead of handling it professionally, the stylist expected me to stand for a long time to assist him. Eventually, he asked a colleague for help, but she initially refused because she had other customers, leaving us waiting unnecessarily.

When she finally helped, she held my child awkwardly without any proper child-friendly chair or setup, which is something you would expect from a salon offering children’s haircuts. During this time, she even asked me to get up and close the door for her — again, while I am 9 months pregnant. This was extremely inconsiderate.

Overall, the service was highly unprofessional, disorganised, and lacked basic customer care. To make matters worse, after returning home, my daughter became unwell with a fever, which is very concerning given that a staff member was visibly sick and still working.

Been going here since I moved to Sunderland always had a positive experience here however was up until recently my usual lady had been doing my eyebrows wrong and she seemed to be very comfortable with me. When arriving to the studio she says ‘ you’ve gained weight’ she accused me of touching my eyebrows and already thinning them however I do have images. She thinned my eyebrows which I am still suffering from and I had to go on holiday with them. She then charged me ten pound and said I charged you less. In the end after being on the phone to my mum I went and got the money back. I would say this place is ok but professional wise they don’t have a good standard the lady was very comfortable with me and whenever I attended this place this lady always was asking me questions about my sister which I didn’t like. I left the parlour crying my eyes out about the weight comment and my eyebrows. Be wary. This was the lady named Jeet.
